The Rational IVARIOPRO2-S440/480V3PH (LMX100BE) multifunctional cooking center features two 6¹/₂-gallon-capacity pans that can sear, deep fry, boil, or pressure cook foods quickly with high-quality results. This tilt skillet is equipped with three intelligent cooking assistants that simplify operation, increase efficiency, and promote consistency: iVarioBoost, iCookingSuite, and iZoneControl. iVarioBoost provides even heat using ceramic heating elements to reach 392 degrees Fahrenheit in 90 seconds, and it can lower temperatures quickly when necessary. Meanwhile, iCookingSuite monitors the unit’s two 292-square-inch cooking surfaces, then recognizes the food’s size and condition and adjusts the parameters accordingly. Finally, to maximize versatility, iZoneControl allows the pans’ bases to be split into four zones, so multiple foods with different requirements can be cooked simultaneously.

Great for kitchens with limited space, the IVARIOPRO2-S440/480V3PH (LMX100BE) tilt skillet measures 43 inches wide by 37 inches deep by 19 inches tall. It offers programming of 1,200 cooking programs that can be transferred easily between cooking systems with Rational’s ConnectedCooking or a USB. To lessen operator labor, the motorized lift eliminates the need for heavy lifting, and because it’s equipped with an integrated trough, it doesn’t require a floor trough.
