The Bizerba VSI330FTC-W-400-3P vertical slicing system offers precision and versatility for high-volume foodservice operations. Featuring an energy-saving Emotion™ intelligent drive motor, it delivers 80 strokes per minute. The digital slicing control and configurable touch display provide precise adjustments, allowing slice thicknesses from 1/100 inch to 1/2 inch. The integrated portion scale ensures target weight accuracy, with a range of 50 to 2,000 grams.
Built with a 13-inch grooved vacuum release blade, the Bizerba VSI330FTC-W-400-3P vertical slicing system can shave, stack (up to 31/2 inches high), shingle, or create circular patterns. Its stainless steel mesh conveyor belt and product carriage accommodate items as long as 153/4 inches, while the IPx5 rating allows for efficient cleaning with foam and hose. Mounted on a mobile stand with locking wheels, this slicer is network-ready and includes a starter kit.
