The adjustable slice thickness ranges from 0 to 0.94 inches, accommodating a variety of slicing needs.

Designed with safety in mind, the Bizerba GSPHIW-90-GCB slicer includes eight safety interlocks, a 3¹/₂-inch-wide thumb guard, and a removable pusher plate.
