With its one-piece aluminum construction, the Bizerba 350MVS12F-PROSCIUTTO vertical feed deli slicer is a durable piece of rust-resistant equipment, making it safe to disassemble and run its removable parts through a dishwasher. It utilizes a straight-feed design with an aluminum push wall guided by a handle, ensuring hands are kept away from its 13⁴/₅-inch chromium-plated blade. It can slice meat to any thickness between 0 to 24 millimeters, and for further protection, it has a permanently mounted knife blade guard. To ease the moving of prosciutto, salami, and ham toward the blade, its slicing path features slip grooves, while its meat feeding carriage has 4,235 holding points to ensure product doesn’t slip out of place.

Meant for countertop operation, the Bizerba 350MVS12F-PROSCIUTTO measures 24²/₅ inches wide by 27⁴/₅ inches deep by 18⁹/₁₀ inches high. This design is facilitated with its 6-foot power cable. Users can turn the unit on and off using its soft membrane keyboard, and in case of accidents, it features an emergency shut-off mechanism. For added support during maintenance, it has a tilting carriage system that allows it to be adjusted to reach tough-to-clean spots, while a remote sharpener can be attached to maintain blade performance.
