Engineered for simple setup, the Amerikooler QF061077**FBSM-O outdoor walk-in freezer is a quick-ship unit equipped with modular, tongue-and-groove wall, ceiling, and floor panels; an installation and hardware kit; and a preassembled refrigeration system. Great for businesses with limited indoor space, this 9-foot-9¹⁄₄-inch-wide by 5-foot-10⁵⁄₈-inch-deep by 7-foot-7-inch-tall unit can withstand outdoor use. Its wall, floor, and ceiling panels are made of 4-inch-thick AK-XPS4 insulation, which adds rigidity to the panels’ frames and provides an R-32 thermal resistance value. The wall and ceiling panels’ exterior and interiors are laminated with stucco-embossed Acrylume® coated with a corrosion-resistant acrylic paint. The aluminum finish on the floor panels establishes a smooth, level surface, and to accommodate regular foot traffic, these panels can support 600 pounds per square foot.

This freezer’s interior LED light brightens the storage space to ensure users have full visibility of the area to quickly assess inventory. To ensure products are held at safe temperature, the digital thermometer provides an accurate LED temperature readout. Staff can simply enter and exit the freezer using the 76-inch-tall entrance door featuring super cam-rise, spring-assisted door hinges that elevate the door to ensure smooth opening and closing, while its door closer and three-sided magnetic gasket enable secure self-closure. To maintain the pressure inside the unit and remove warm air that comes in as the door is opened, a heated pressure relief vent is built above the door jamb. A temperature-controlled heater wire built onto the door ensures the door closes securely without frost buildup.

To maintain a box temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit, the Amerikooler QF061077**FBSM-O outdoor walk-in freezer is equipped with the Heatcraft Bohn PT0062LBTEMSA refrigeration unit. This system combines a condensing unit and unit cooler to simplify setup and reduce the required refrigerant charge. To maximize available storage space, the 58-inch-wide by 52¹⁄₂-inch-deep by 40³⁄₄-inch-tall box is designed to be mounted on top of the box, and for efficiency, it shouldn’t be installed in areas that exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
