Ceiling, wall, and floor panels are bonded with AK-XPS4 insulation that provides reduced deterioration, water resistance, and long-term energy efficiency with high R-value. For prolonged durability, its exterior and interior surfaces are laminated with 26-gauge, stucco-embossed corrosion-resistant Acrylume.

Meant to keep perishables chilled, the Amerikooler QC061077**FBSC walk-in accommodates the Bohn PT0068MBNAMSA refrigeration system. While ambient temperatures are 90 degrees Fahrenheit or cooler, this unit retains interior temperatures of 35 degrees Fahrenheit. This refrigeration system measures 55 inches wide by 36 inches deep by 32²/₅ inches tall, and because it’s top mounted, it acquires less debris and increases interior space. To assist operators with consistent temperature tracking, this walk-in includes an LED thermometer with an on and off pilot switch.

For secure storage, its 76-inch-tall door self-closes if accidentally left ajar. For smooth opening and closing while employees store the interior, it features super cam-rise spring assisted hinges that shuts flush around the perimeter of the door. So employees can’t become trapped inside the unit, it features an interior door release.
