For manual assembly, the Amerikooler QC060872**N walk-in cooler measures 5 feet 10⁵/₈ inches wide by 7 feet 9¹/₄ inches deep by 7 feet 2¹/₄ inches high. This unit does not include a refrigeration system. Because it’s floorless, it can be set up with its NSF vinyl screed for attachment to already established tile and concrete surfaces. Ceiling and wall panels are 4 inches thick and bonded together with AK-XPS4 rigid foam that reduces corrosion, water penetration, and additionally, conserves energy with heightened R-value. Panels are constructed of 26 gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant acrylic coated Acrylume for enhanced durability.

While employees store items in the Amerikooler QC060872**N walk-in cooler, its 76-inch-tall door features two super cam-rise spring-assisted hinges and a heavy pull handle with key lock to promote flush, secure storage. Furthermore, it includes an inside safety release to prevent employees from becoming trapped inside the unit. To reduce interception of dust and debris, its bottom is lined with a double wiper at the bottom of the edge .
