The stainless steel construction of the GGF1201B3650-T1 countertop griddle makes it durable and efficient to clean, while its thermostatic controls enable precise cooking temperatures, reducing food waste and improving quality. Equipped with a hermetically sealed vacuum chamber, this unit produces steam that evenly heats the griddle’s surface for a uniform temperature. Its stainless steel griddle plate is 1-inch thick, so it won’t warp effortlessly and maintains uniform heat distribution.
Designed with an available temperature range of 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, the GGF1201B3650-T1 commercial griddle is ideal for cooking various items, from pancakes to grilled onions. The digital thermostat provides an exact and consistent reading, and the over-temperature indicator light will alert the operator when the surface surpasses the appropriate temperature.
