AccuTemp EGF2083A4850-S2 Description
The AccuTemp EGF2083A4850-S2 Accu-Steam™ griddle uses a steam chamber to heat its griddle plate, ensuring uniform heat across the entire cooking surface. This griddle plate is seven-gauge stainless steel, which means it resists corrosion, scratches, and dents. The plate’s quick temperature recovery enables chefs to maximize cooking space by reusing the same areas without cold spots.
Splash guards on the sides and back of the AccuTemp EGF2083A4850-S2 griddle keep juices, grease, and other debris from spilling around it. Its stainless steel construction is strong and built to last a long time. Digital temperature controls support precision cooking and a built-in manager mode can be used to lock temperature settings in place. This griddle is mounted on a stand, with an undershelf for storage and casters for mobility.
