Payment Methods
All orders must be placed online through our checkout process. You may either place the order online yourself or you may call our Customer Service Team who may assist you in checking out online. We are able to accept most prepaid credit cards as long as the card has been registered with a billing address. In order to prevent fraud, we may require documentation to verify the card. That documentation varies by order; we will notify customers of the requirements for each order after it is received.

International Payments
All product pricing is listed in US Dollars ($) on our website. If you are ordering from outside of the United States, the funds captured for your order will be converted to the local currency of the ordering country on your credit card statement. The rate of currency exchange is locked in when your order ships, not when the order is placed. Credit card companies may also charge a currency conversion fee. Please contact your credit card card issuer for further details.
When placing an order outside of the United States, you may be required to pay additional taxes and duties in your country. SAH Kitchen Equipment is in no way responsible for these charges and cannot give you an accurate estimate of these charges as they differ from country to country. Failure to pay these fees will result in an undeliverable product.
Duties A duty is a type of tax that is collected by your country’s customs office. This fee will vary from country to country and is payable at the time of delivery. SAH Kitchen Equipment cannot accept payment for this fee or estimate the cost to the customer.
