The Amerikooler QC060877**F quick-ship walk-in cooler is comprised of a 5-foot-10⁵⁄₈-inch-wide by 7-foot-9¹⁄₄-inch-deep by 7-foot-7-inch-tall box without a refrigeration system. The wall, ceiling, and floor tongue-and-groove panels feature cam-action locking systems and compression gaskets that ensure secure, airtight joints. Each panel is comprised of 4-inch-thick water-resistant, closed-cell AK-XPS4 rigid foam insulation with an R-29 value. The interior and exterior surfaces are finished with stucco-embossed Acrylume® for lasting durability and corrosion resistance. The flooring’s smooth aluminum surface accommodates a uniformly distributed load of 600 pounds per square foot—enough to support regular foot traffic.

The Amerikooler QC060877**F indoor walk-in cooler’s 76-inch-tall door provides direct access to the refrigerated interior, and to deter unauthorized access, its deadbolt keyed handle latch can be locked. For smooth opening and secure closure, the door is built with cam-rise spring-assisted hinges, a spring-actuated door closer, and a three-sided magnetic gasket. Operators can turn the center-mounted LED light on and off with the pilot switch, while the digital LED thermometer provides a clear temperature readout. To reduce the chance of employees becoming trapped inside the box, its handle features an interior safety lock release handle.
