Ideal for kitchens with limited storage space, the Amerikooler QC060677**FBSC-O walk-in cooler is designed for outdoor use. This 5-foot-10⁵⁄₈-inch-wide by 5-foot-10¹⁄₈-inch-deep by 7-foot-7-inch-tall unit maintains an interior temperature of 35 degrees Fahrenheit with the included Heatcraft Bohn PT0068MBTAMSA PRO³ packaged top-mount refrigeration system, which ships fully assembled, evacuated, charged, run tested, and wired. This 58-inch-wide by 39-inch-deep by 37³⁄₄-inch-tall unit can be mounted on top of the cooler, though it shouldn’t be exposed to ambient temperatures hotter than 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

To ease setup, the cooler is comprised of modular wall, ceiling, and flooring panels with interconnecting compression gaskets and cam-action locking systems. Each panel is made of 4-inch-thick AK-XPS4 rigid insulation that’s permanently bonded to the interior and exterior metal skin to create a sturdy structure. While the exterior and interior surfaces are finished with a 26-gauge stucco-embossed Acrylume® laminate, the flooring is made of ¹⁄₂₀-inch-thick smooth aluminum that can support 600 pounds of evenly distributed weight per square foot. Because this unit is designed for outdoor use, it includes the rain roof package to help in surviving the elements.

The Amerikooler QC060677**FBSC-O outdoor walk-in cooler’s 76-inch-tall flush door features two super cam-rise spring-assisted hinges that reduce the chance of the door dragging on the floor, while the spring-actuated door closer and three-sided magnetic gasket ensure the door closes tightly. Inside the unit, an LED light fixture in mounted on the center of the door jamb, and staff can turn the light on and off with the safety pilot switch. The digital thermometer provides an easy-to-read display of the interior temperature, and to deter tampering, theft, and unauthorized access, the deadbolt keyed handle latch can be locked. To minimize the risk of employee entrapment, users can unlock the door from the inside with the interior safety lock release handle.
